Prior to starting NYSHEX with the mission to enable more reliable shipping, Gordon spent 12 years with a carrier at Maersk and 3 years with a shipper at SABMiller (now ABInbev). He holds an MBA from Cambridge University in the UK, and degrees in economics and law from the University of Natal in South Africa.

Sarah manages NYSHEX's product. Before joining NYSHEX, Sarah worked for S&P Global, Kensho Technologies, and Pegasys Strategy & Development. Sarah earned her bachelor's degree and her master's from Harvard University and a second master's from the University of Cambridge.

Jeremy is responsible for NYSHEX operations in Europe. Jeremy spent 35 years with the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group in such roles as Damco CEO of North America and most recently, Managing Director for UK and Ireland at Maersk. Prior to joining NYSHEX on a full-time basis, Jeremy had served on the NYSHEX Board of Directors since the company's inception.

Vineet is our Head of Engineering and is responsible for shaping our technology vision and ensuring the delivery of top-tier SaaS products at NYSHEX. With a software engineering career spanning over 27 years, Vineet has excelled in building high-performing engineering teams, driving the creation of commercially successful products, orchestrating technology transformations at Capital One, Barclays, ADP, global Fortune 500 companies, as well as taking startups from early stages to successful exits.

Jackie provides leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting functions for NYSHEX. Jackie joined NYSHEX after eight years of working for BuzzFeed; his most recent role being Senior Director of Finance. He graduated from Stony Brook University.

Kim is responsible for marketing as well as ensuring the best member experience for BCOs and NVOs. Kim joined NYSHEX after 15 years with the AP Moller-Maersk Group where she held a variety of positions including Sales Director, Key Account Manager, and Trade Manager. She has partnered with logistics teams at dozens of global, Fortune 500 companies for win-win supply chain solutions. Kim graduated from the University of Alabama with degrees in Business Management and Spanish.  

Yanzhi is responsible for NYSHEX operations in Asia. Prior to NYSHEX, Yanzhi held various commercial and trade roles over 12 years at the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group such as Key Client Manager and Head of LCL for the Americas Region. He holds a J.D. and BA from Rutgers University.

Glen leads NYSHEX’s strategic initiatives and special projects to help expand our members’ experience. Prior to NYSHEX, he led pricing strategy at Change Healthcare and has held several revenue management and sales roles at Maersk. Glen earned his Bsc in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Kristin is responsible for People Operations, Talent Operations, and Culture at NYSHEX. She joined NYSHEX with 16 years of experience in People and Talent, mainly in the Tech/SaaS sector. Kristin’s main objective is to create an impactful employee experience; assisting every NYSHEX employee to collaborate and grow, leading NYSHEX to long-term success.
