We still offer the weekly and monthly forward contracts you know and love, but now you can use NYSHEX for all your ocean contracting needs. This means you can use your contract boiler plate, maintain the credit and other customized terms you have agreed upon with your carrier, plus gain all the benefits of NYSHEX:

1. Supply Chain Reliability: Our technology monitors all your contracts, checking that your cargo moves according to the contractual commitments.
2. Exception Resolution: We flag exceptions and efficiently manage any disputes. We guarantee the fair and impartial resolution of all exceptions.
3. Controlled Freight Spend: With better service from your primary carriers, save the cost and complexity from switching your freight to contingency carriers.
