Prior to starting NYSHEX with the mission to enable more reliable shipping, Gordon spent 12 years with a carrier at Maersk and 3 years with a shipper at SABMiller (now ABInbev). He holds an MBA from Cambridge University in the UK, and degrees in economics and law from the University of Natal in South Africa.
Adam leads financial and business strategy, HR and legal functions, and financial product initiatives. Before NYSHEX, he was an early and growth stage venture investor at Goldman Sachs focused on Fintech and Enterprise Tech companies. He holds a JD and MBA from Harvard University and BS from University of Michigan.
Jeremy is responsible for NYSHEX Europe. Prior to working at NYSHEX, Jeremy was the Managing Director for UK and Ireland at Maersk. He spent 35 years with Maersk and Damco.
Don manages carrier & NVO strategy at NYSHEX. Don’s previous roles were the Vice President of NVO Strategic Sales for CMA-CGM and the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer for Hapag-Lloyd. He holds a BA in International Business and Economics from Benedictine University and an MBA, Finance from DePaul University.
Bryan leads the strategy for our enterprise accounts. Prior to NYSHEX, Bryan was the VP of Supply Chain at Walmart where he led a variety of high performing teams in Supply Chain and Global Transportation.
Matt leads all Global Commercial activities. Prior to NYSHEX, Matt spent 4 ½ years at Flexport in a number of Commercial roles including Head of Key Account Management for North America and General Manager of the Southeast Region. Matt also spent 3+ years working at Deloitte Consulting in their Supply Chain & Manufacturing practice. Matt has an MBA from Penn State University and BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
Yanzhi leads our trade and operations teams. Prior to NYSHEX, Yanzhi worked for 12 years at Maersk in various roles across their organization. He holds a J.D. and BA from Rutgers University.
Glen leads NYSHEX’s strategic initiatives and special projects to help expand our members’ experience. Prior to NYSHEX, he led pricing strategy at Change Healthcare and has held several revenue management and sales roles at Maersk. Glen earned his Bsc in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Kim is Vice President of Sales, responsible for new business development and driving the adoption of two-way committed contracts with shippers. Kim joined NYSHEX in 2017 after 15 years with the AP Moller-Maersk Group, where she served most recently as Director of Sales. She graduated from the University of Alabama with degrees in Business Management and Spanish.
Lynn leads the efforts on our contract accountability product. Prior to NYSHEX, she served on global teams within Walmart, Home Depot and Maersk, leading in diverse roles across their international logistics strategy, operations and sourcing administration functions. Lynn is a graduate from the National University of Singapore where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree reading Sociology.
